Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions and services provided by Frame & Focus Co. ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Terms

• Payment for services rendered is due immediately upon delivery of the final package, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods including Venmo and Zelle.
• Invoices must be paid in full, and failure to remit payment may result in legal action or additional fees for late payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the full amount of the service being due and payable.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must also adhere to the 48-hour notice period.

Refund Policy

• No refunds are allowed under any circumstances once services have been rendered, or sessions have been scheduled.
• By booking with Frame & Focus Co., you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Agreement to Policy

By proceeding with any payment or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. Frame & Focus Co. reserves the right to enforce these terms to ensure clarity and professionalism in all client interactions.
